Express Lube technician candidates should possess the following:
* At least 1 year hands on experience
* Excellent work ethic with a great personality
* Willingness to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
* Drive to learn new skills in the industry by attending training sessions
* Be drug free with a clean driving record (no drug or alcohol convictions)
