Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Produce Leader. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the Produce Department, stocking, merchandising, management, cleaning, replenishing, price changes.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.
- Manage, including customer interactions and product replenishment.
- Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Implement replenishment, rotating product to maximize profitability.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a grocery retail store.
- Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- Experience in training development is a plus.
