Provide administrative support to the applicable department and staff.   • Excellent phone/communication skills and good typing/filing skills
  • Ability to write reports/correspondence
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn new computer skills
  • Ability to role model strong customer service traits
  • Self-motivated with the ability to plan and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate with associates at all levels within the organization
  • Proficient understanding of financial, regulatory, legal and healthcare terms
  • Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and a strong attention to detail and effectively organize/prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
  • Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
  • Must be professional/dependable and possess a positive attitude and good judgment
  • Ability to gain the support of others to get the job done
Desired
  • Prior experience supporting several managers
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for applicable department and staff
  • Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, confident, important and appreciated
  • Read and understand service agreements, invoices, legal documents, regulatory reports and purchasing documents
  • Read and understand operating statements; work accurately with numbers and recap information
  • Transcribe and/or compose letters, memos and reports
  • Produce and assemble materials/documents needed for meetings, training sessions, presentations and other day-to-day needs
  • Manage the maintenance of web and computer-based resources
  • Maintain the department's orderly and professional appearance
  • Process department mail and distribute accordingly.
  • Maintain communications between store managers, pharmacists, coordinators and districts
  • Work with applicable departments in maintaining associate records
  • Create reports/spreadsheets
  • Supervise and coordinate events/activities.
  • Provide reporting and follow-through for product recalls, contests, recaps, class recalls, etc.
  • Coordinate expense account reconciliation
  • Provide assistance with budget maintenance
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel for department associates
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
