Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing support to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. You will serve as a central point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in coordinating various office activities. This role requires strong organizational abilities, exceptional multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This role is based onsite at our San Francisco office location and will start as a 6-month contract engagement, with 10-15 hours per week.
