SMKSoft is Hiring an IT Analyst (IAM Engineer) Near Vienna, VA
W2 Contract Requirement
Experience in Identity Management.
· User provisioning lifecycle, application provisioning
· Hands on experience with an IDM or IGA system (e.g. Saviynt IGA, CA-IDM, SailPoint)
Ability to work independently and perform with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Strong Customer Service skills
· Preferably a candidate that has worked in a position with direct interaction, in-person or virtual, with various types of personnel, including mid-level and executive leadership- Strong Analytical and Research skills
· Able to review and recognize inefficient or cumbersome operations and/or business processes and work with existing teams to propose/implement solutions for streamlining
· Ability to review existing workflows and develop streamlining
Preferred: Strong Automation skills
· E.g. Powershell scripting, PEGA, scripting products
·Mainframe/RACF and DB2 experience
· Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP experience
· Remote Access management (e.g. RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix)
· Experience with data reporting and metric products and tools (e.g. MS Power BI)
· Experience in ServiceNow or similar request ticketing system
