Job Details

Role: Recruitment Account Manager

Location: Reston, VA

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our US IT Recruiting team which is in the Staffing Industry for last 20 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruiting, experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and a proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering high-quality candidates to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
o Understand clients business goals, culture, and hiring needs to provide tailored staffing solutions.
2. Vendor Management System (VMS) Expertise:

o Utilize VMS platforms to manage job requisitions, candidate submissions, and compliance requirements.
o Ensure adherence to client-specific VMS processes and protocols.
o Monitor VMS metrics and performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
3. Talent Acquisition:

o Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and attract top IT talent.
o Screen and present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a strong match for both technical skills and cultural fit.
o Manage the interview and selection process, providing guidance and support to both clients and candidates.
4. Sales and Business Development:

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
o Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
o Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with clients.
5. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
o Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, placement success, and revenue growth.
o Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:

* Bachelor s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in account management.
Account Mining -Conducted in-depth analysis of existing client accounts to identify growth opportunities and expand business relationships
* Proven experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
* Strong understanding of the US IT job market and industry trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
