We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kansas City! As a member of our fun and upbeat team, you'll be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Our team is passionate about BBQ and providing the best service while maintaining a happy culture.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40-45 hours of work per week, and you will never be working past 11pm. As the Restaurant Manager, you will supervise and coordinate all culinary activities, oversee guest services and resolve issues, ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation, train and manage kitchen personnel, create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs, and adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
