DETAILED PLANS WILL BE PROVIDED.

We are looking for a subcontractor who:

• Has a great work ethic
• The ability to read plans
• The drive to complete large-scale projects on time and budget
• Working as your boss. Provided you have your crew, you will need to be licensed and bonded. Proof of your COI and Bond will be required

• Good Stamina
• Construction Experience
• OSHA 10 Training Program
• Driver's License
• US Work Authorization
