Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized General Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks to support our dealership’s operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
- Assist with invoice processing, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested.
- Help with budget preparation and monitor financial data.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
