SMRT Systems is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Raleigh, NC
SMRT Systems seeks an experienced and motivated Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our Digital Marketing team. This is a full-time position, working out of SMRT’s office on the Centennial campus of NC State.
Roles and responsibilities are subject to change and adapt as we grow the creative department. Initially, this position will be the resident graphic designer and content creator for SMRT Creative Services. This position will fulfill creative needs for SMRT’s marketing clients.
The strongest candidate is organized and efficient, with at least 1-2 years of experience creating videos and graphics for a variety of brands, and can effectively multi-task. Ideal candidate has knowledge of AI tools and/or shows initiative for using AI tools for design projects.
About us: SMRT provides innovative software solutions to dry cleaners who want to reduce costs, grow revenue, and run a more efficient and successful business. We have offices in Raleigh, Sweden, and Australia.
Responsibilities will include:
Content Creation
- Create a set of digital ad templates that can be modified as needed for clients
- Assist with the creation of a content library for social media and emails comprised of 2D & 3D graphics, videos, and animations
- Video editing - assist with creating promo videos for clients
Graphic Design
- Design digital signage, flyers, merch, etc as requested by clients
Other Duties
- Keep an updated portfolio of creative examples to show prospective clients
- Participate in client calls as needed to gain an understanding of their needs
- NOTE: These tasks and responsibilities may change as we develop additional products and services.
Skills Required
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 product suite.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Animated Content Creation Preferred – 2D or 3D.
- Graphic Design Experience Required.
- Familiarity with/knowledge of AI tools for design and video.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
