Position Summary: Seeking a skilled and experienced Power Automate Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, along with a strong understanding of architectural design principles, integration, and emerging technologies. The Power Automate Architect will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the architectural design and roadmap for Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain architectural designs and roadmaps for Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Create comprehensive architectural design documents outlining the roadmap and recommendations for Power Platform solutions.

  • Collaborate with Application Developers, SharePoint Administrators, and ITB team to design and oversee the integration of Power Platform solutions with other systems.

  • Document integration processes and requirements for Power Platform and other systems.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry standards related to Power Platform and recommend improvements.

  • Provide insights into the potential impact of new technologies on current and future Power Platform solutions through detailed technology evaluation reports.

  • Design and implement complex workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate, streamlining business processes.

  • Document workflow automation designs, including flowcharts, diagrams, and technical specifications.

  • Provide oversight, guidance, and assistance to the Power Apps/SharePoint development team.

  • Offer recommendations and best practices for designing efficient and effective workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and guiding ITB on workflow optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, integration, and emerging technologies.

  • Proficiency in programming languages and technologies related to the Power Platform suite.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide guidance and recommendations to development teams.

  • Relevant certifications in Power Platform or related Microsoft technologies are highly desirable.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,203 to $172,820 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
