We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our People team!
What you’ll do:
  • Attract and hire world-class executive and leadership talent who are able to perform strategically in a complex and dynamic environment for Snap
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on a range of projects to develop and refine search strategies, candidate profiles, interview processes, market mapping and succession planning to attract and assess top talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, social media, and industry events, to identify and engage with passive candidates.
  • Deliver executive talent for our technical organizations including Engineering, Security & Labs
  • Foster inclusive hiring practices aimed at cultivating a workplace culture enriched by a spectrum of diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.
  • Leverage your market knowledge to align the best candidate with the right Snap opportunity
  • Execute your work consistently with operational rigor and compliance
  • Act as an advisor throughout the talent acquisition process to ensure all stakeholders are well informed and prepared to execute on their assigned tasks
  • Deliver world-class experiences to all stakeholders throughout the process
  • Play a critical onboarding role in bridging the gap between the candidate journey and the executive employee journey
  • Engage and partner with multiple facets of the organization (HRBPs, Compensation, Finance, etc.) and convey your messaging so it resonates with the audience
  • Create and maintain relationships with peers, partners and stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Direct recruiting experience in a fast paced & dynamic corporate environment, preferably a consumer product organization
  • Experience closely partnering and influencing senior leaders and executives
  • Sound track record of solving sophisticated problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant hiring impact for a business
  • Strong domain knowledge and expertise in executive search or executive talent acquisition
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple search projects simultaneously
  • Concise verbal and written communication skills which enable the ability to influence executives
  • Good judgment, executive presence and ability to interface effectively with senior executives
  • Comprehensive behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills is desirable
  • Has the intellectual curiosity, problem-solving capability and drive to build the leadership team.
  • Demonstrable track record of building diverse pipelines and hiring diverse talent through unique sourcing channels and networking
  • Experienced and comfortable in developing and maintaining relationships with executives and peers
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8 years of experience recruiting in a corporate and/or executive search setting
  • 3 years experience recruiting Director executives
  • 2 years experience partnering with executives and management to drive talent decisions
  • Experience performing technical executive recruitment (e.g., Engineering, IT & Security)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of direct recruiting experience in a technology company preferably a consumer product organization
  • Experience recruiting for multiple functions including but not limited to Sales, Engineering & Product Management

CompensationIn the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$252,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $160,000-$239,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $143,000-$214,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
