As an Entry Level Weaver/Loom Operator, you will play a vital role in the production process, helping to weave and manufacture our high-quality hose products. This is an entry-level position with a starting wage of $15.50 per hour. Eligibility for vacation pay begins on your first day of employment.
ResponsibilitiesWeave and operate looms and machinery to produce various types of hose products
Assist with the manufacturing process, including material feeding, machine monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment
Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with our high standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Perform other duties as assigned
RequirementsNo prior experience required - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting
Physical fitness to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Basic math skills and ability to read work orders and specifications
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work on different shifts, including weekends and holidays
