Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience within the past 3 years required.
• Must hold an CNA license for at least 1 year, with a current license valid in Oregon
• BLS certification preferred, American Heart Association.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Turning or repositioning bedridden patients to prevent bedsores
• Measuring and recording vital signs such as temperature and blood pressure
• Responding to patient calls for care and assistance
• Documenting health issues and reporting to nursing staff
• Assisting patients with feeding and recording their food and liquid intake
• Maintaining cleanliness in patient rooms and changing bed linens
• Assisting with medical procedures and dressing wounds
• Preparing rooms for patient admissions
• Providing personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and oral care
• Managing supply inventory and restocking as needed
