The company is looking to increase its overall sales volume and is adding this new role due to growth.

The Role:

The Estimator is responsible for working closely with the Director of Operations Estimating, contractors, and the project management team to provide the most accurate and comprehensive financial/budget analysis for all proposed company projects. You will participate in all aspects of the bid/estimating process from review of plans and specs to soliciting and negotiating prices from subcontractors/suppliers through completion of bid/estimating efforts before handing off to the project manager. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of commercial estimating experience focused on roofing and siding products.
