Our client, a multi-location building materials retailer in the Greater Culpeper, VA market, has an opening for an HR Manager responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining a high-performing diverse workforce across all of their locations. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, policy administration, employment practices, performance management, training, compliance, and creating and maintaining a positive culture. The HR Generalist performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
