Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Java Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong coding experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and related messaging systems.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in building scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
