Riverside Ford, part of the Snell Motor Company family, is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic automotive sales team. As a Sales Executive at Riverside Ford, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of customers and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. We are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and exceeding our sales goals.

As a member of our sales team, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and provide product information and demonstrations
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales with customers
• Work collaboratively with our finance and insurance teams to finalize the sales process
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• $5,000 Guaranteed Income is paid out over 2 months based on sales performance.

• Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
