You will guide clients through the entire purchase and ownership journey with unparalleled service and expertise. Compensation and Benefits:
Guaranteed monthly income of $2,500 for Sales Experience candidates
Average unit commission of $600 per unit sold
Benefits start on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment
RequirementsResponsibilities:
Master and utilize all company and manufacturer-provided software, including CRM systems, vehicle appraisal tools, and service drive opportunities
Prospect for new clients while maintaining relationships with current clients
Develop and execute individual business plans to foster business relationships and drive sales growth
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of purchasing, leasing, and F&I (Finance & Insurance) products
Understand and stay informed about current new car and pre-owned manufacturer and lender programs and rates
Verify insurance coverage, add new vehicles to policies, and complete associated paperwork
Prevent potential export transactions and identify and mitigate fraud risks
Assist in collecting cash or credit related to client deposits and down payments
Support the sale of F&I products and ensure client understanding and satisfaction
Thoroughly prepare for client appointments, log appointments in CRM systems, and greet clients effectively
Collaborate with the F&I and accounting teams to resolve outstanding contracts or deal discrepancies
Follow up with clients and prospects promptly to maintain relationships and facilitate sales
Embrace a team-oriented approach and support colleagues for departmental success
Meet or exceed dealership and manufacturer training and certification standards
Possess comprehensive knowledge of vehicles and current market trends
Utilize the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process to achieve high client satisfaction
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times
Attend daily department meetings and participate in other team activities as required
Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to departmental and company objectives
