The position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Customized estate planning
- Probate and trust administration
- Gift and estate tax returns
- Entity formation, governance and administration
- Basic real estate transactions and deeds
- Taxation and exempt organizations
- Charitable and business succession planning; an Inter-generational wealth transfers
- Baccalaureate degree and paralegal certificate from ABA-accredited paralegal training program or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
- Minimum of five years' relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work-product to both attorneys and clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-start
- Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision and to seek help when needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
