Snell & Wilmer has a full-time opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to work in conjunction with the Project Management Office supporting all aspects of the project lifecycle. The IT Project Manager is responsible for acting as the primary liaison between the PMO, technical teams, and stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to work remote in the position located in the Phoenix, AZ area .The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to plan, develop, implement, and manage multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to close
• Work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders, leadership, and other related parties to define project scope, objectives, strategy, schedule, budget, and success criteria
• Take charge of planning daily tasks, scheduling meetings, and setting deadlines to drive projects forward
• Update project tracker, track deliverables, monitor risks, mitigate issues, and proactively communicate with project team and stakeholders
• Keep track of costs and ensure spending is in line with project budget
• Review vendor invoices to confirm work was completed and to our standards
• Assumes, coordinates, and/or manages other duties or projects as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
• PMP Certification preferred or eligible to obtain within 18 months of hire
• At least 4 years experience managing projects preferred
• IT experience preferred
• Experience in establishing and maintaining strong, effective, and collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Vendor relationship management experience preferred
• Procurement and budgeting experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple projects and aggressively pursue deadlines independently
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Smartsheet Project Management System preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of Agile project methodology preferred, but not required
• Up to 20% travel required depending on the year's portfolio
