MUST HAVE A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OR BUSINESS
AND MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 TO 5 YEARS IN THIS ROLE. (NO JOB HOPPERS PLEASE)

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid clerical, proofreading, and office management abilities
- Experience in project coordination and file management
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
