Immediate need for an Information Request Auditor for a local company. This position requires a detail-oriented self-starter to maintain the data base and manage communication documentation. This will include reviewing requests, processing them and ensure all data needed for reply is correctly recorded.
This us a permanent job with a Monday – Friday 8a-5p schedule a full benefits package including healthcare, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, ST-LT Disability- 401K with company match and much more.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding of new accounts into iLab and Telcor systems, including conducting training and addressing questions throughout the client lifecycle.
- Account Configuration : Oversee account configurations, ensuring updates align with approved workflows and client needs.
- Status Reporting : Provide weekly status updates to clients regarding unresponsive accounts, follow up with relevant contacts, and escalate unresolved issues to internal stakeholders in line with SOPs.
- Point of Contact : Act as the primary liaison for all related issues, maintaining a thorough understanding of processes and procedures associated with tools. Offer advice and consult with teams on appropriate actions and processes for outstanding requests.
- Special Projects : Support management with special projects as needed.
