They have successfully supplied product to the military, commercial, medical and electronic industries. With two facilities, occupying 22,000 square feet, state-of-the-art assembly and inspection equipment and the latest engineering software, the company has the ability to provide anything from precision machining to solving their customer's most challenging interconnect requirement, from cable assemblies, as well as the capability to integrate components to provide them with a complete sub-assembly.

The company has an immediate need for an Assistant Production Manager in their Seminole County Facility. Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

Supporting role to the production manager, which would include Assembly, Rework of all failed products, and direction and support of staff on each of the production lines (guidance, explanations, answering questions, etc.).

Required Skills:

Soldering (with hot tweezers )

Harness Assembly

Cable Assembly

Inspection capabilities

Ability to read blueprints, drawings, MSPs, work instructions, etc.

Trained to IPC and J-STD
