ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, and work procedures considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
- Coordinate production, processing, purchasing, distribution, and other manufacturing activities.
- Confer with other manufacturing leadership to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
- Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.
- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problem.
- Lead physical Inventory activities.
- Lead WIP Inventory activities
- Assists with hiring, training, evaluating, or discharging staff or resolve personnel grievances.
- Enforce safety regulations.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills, intermediate in MS Word and Outlook
- Administration and Management of Personnel and Financial Resources
