Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes and adherence in a fast-paced environment.
The second shift hours are M-F 3:15 pm to 11:45 pm
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate production team activities
- Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff for optimal performance
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency
- Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed
Experience:
- We would prefer someone with Injection Molding Experience.
Willing to train the right cultural fit.
