Billing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Billing Specialist - Office Admin to join our team in Davie, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing, time sheet entry, and office administration.

This role requires a mature, detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong personality capable of handling interactions with clients and team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process an average of 30 invoices per day accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all time sheets are entered promptly and correctly to facilitate accurate billing.
• Handle the entire billing process for our construction clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Manage and track rental contracts, ensuring all billing and documentation are up to date.
• Perform various office tasks, including filing documents, organizing paperwork, and maintaining records.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure all paperwork, contracts, and documents are filled out and filed properly.
• Utilize QuickBooks for billing purposes. Familiarity with industry-specific software, such as Quantify, is a significant advantage.
• Engage with clients to resolve billing issues and answer any related inquiries. Qualifications :
• 8 years in billing and office administration, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and other billing software. Knowledge of Quantify is a huge bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a mature approach to handling tasks and issues.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
