Overview: The Web Coordinator offers an exciting opportunity for someone interested in the activation and management of merchandise on Snipesusa.com; you'll be at the forefront of managing our digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Digital Merchandising Manager to execute a category merchandising strategy on site including but not limited to promotions, product launches, and campaigns
  • Work across disciplines (Merchandising, Allocation, Marketing, etc.) to help drive priority and strategy around site journeys and product enablement.
  • Manage tactical product lifecycle for the site, including SKU and content setup within Salesforce Commerce Cloud; prepare inventory for enablement by enriching product copy and activating products online.
  • Utilize analysis insights to drive decisions on how to optimize site experience; identify opportunities to improve customer journeys on the site as well as opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products.
  • Ensure site is up to date - products are merchandised in the appropriate categories, perform seasonal updates by adding appropriate categories, ensure items have cross sells and upsells, sale products are properly labeled, and out of stock items are retired.
  • Own the digital Release process: partner with Merchandising, Allocations & Distribution to ensure adequate inventory positions, maintain an accurate release calendar and ensure releases launch in accordance with vendor regulations & report weekly on performance.
  • Own the Product Collections process, ensuring all multi-SKU products have optimal exposure in all digital channels.
  • Support in setting up promotions & sales.
  • Develop and create new landing pages and product categories.
  • Streamline and document existing processes for new product publication, markdowns and promos and partner with buying and planning departments.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage relationships with cross functional team members
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on retail math and working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other eCommerce content management platform a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizations skills
