Position Summary: The Chief Nursing Executive (CNE) at Snoqualmie Valley Health will provide visionary leadership to elevate nursing practices and ensure the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care. This progressive facility is committed to innovative care models, evidence-based practices, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The CNE will play a critical role in shaping the future of nursing within the organization, driving quality improvement, and leading the transformation of patient care services.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Master’s degree in nursing, master’s degree in healthcare administration, or master’s degree in business or related field.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Doctorate in Nursing.
REQUIRED LICENSURE: Active RN license in Washington state.
SPECIALTY CERTIFICATION: CENP, NEA-BC, FACHE, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 7 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an executive or senior management role.
SKILLS: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, and patient safety standards.

Eligibility Requirements - Employees regularly scheduled at least 20 hours per week.
