Snoqualmie Valley School District is Hiring an Associate Director of Behavioral Health Near Snoqualmie, WA

Anticipated contract start date: July 1, 2024
Weekly working hours: 40
Salary Range: $140,663 - $149,273 (2023/24 Non-Rep Salary Schedule 2024/25 TBD)

Position SummaryUnder the direction of the Executive Director, the Associate Director leads and oversees initiatives related to student behavioral health, crisis response, threat assessments, and tiered behavioral support systems. The Associate Director provides leadership to social workers, mental health counselors, and other support personnel. This position requires knowledge of the district policies and procedures and applicable Federal and State laws, the ability to assume responsibility, the ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and work effectively while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Paid Holidays: This position may be eligible for up to 14 paid holidays per year. The number of holidays depends on employee's start and end dates.

Eligibility for benefits is determined by the number of hours employees are anticipated to work during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Any employee who is scheduled to work 630 hours or more in a year is eligible for benefits.
