We’re looking for a versatile human to join our team, based out of our office in Troy, MI.
As a key member of our Veterinary Support team, you will play a key role in:
- 1) Onboarding new clinics onto our platform
- 2) Cultivating relationships with clinics post-onboarding
- Manage and coordinate multiple onboardings concurrently
- Simplify complex issues into practical solutions
- Communicate exceptionally well, both internally and externally
- Uphold and champion company values
- Build positive relationships with veterinarians
- 1 years of experience managing multiple clients
- 2 years of experience working at a veterinary clinic
- Experience building relationships with veterinarians preferred
