We have a unique opportunity for a talented short form creator to drive the content strategy for our client, one of the most innovative backpack companies on the planet (Brevitē), and become a beloved personality by hundreds of millions of viewers.

We are looking for an energetic, fun personality that presents well on camera and a strong creative who can elevate the creativity, storytelling, and value of Brevitē’s YouTube and TikTok content. From driving ideation, to format development, to producing and editing, all while being on camera… you will have an unbelievable impact on the brand’s future growth.

You will be producing short form content for Brevitē’s YouTube channel and TikTok account which together have over 2.3M subscribers and 1B views. You won’t be at it alone, either. You’ll also be getting guidance from the very same people that have grown YouTube channels to 27M subscribers & 10B views, using some of the most innovative creative formats.

What You’ll Do

You’ll have the opportunity to drive the video content efforts of the company. Brevitē has a track record of producing engaging content that has delivered significant results, and is now looking for a strong creator to take them to the next level.

You’ll work alongside Brevitē’s leadership to craft comprehensive content strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms, aligning with Brevitē’s brand vision and objectives. You’ll oversee the entire production process from concept to delivery, and ensure creative ideas are brought to life effectively and efficiently. This will serve as an exceptional learning experience, and you will develop an enviable skillset.

You should be comfortable being able to work autonomously as well as collaborating cross functionally with other internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy across all platforms. While this is a short form focused role, it has the potential to evolve into long form YouTube content creation in the future.

Basic Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience in content production. Prior experience scaling a YouTube channel or TikTok account is preferred.
• Short form video experience required. Need to provide a portfolio, social media profile, etc. to showcase short form skills. Please provide link to portfolio / social media in your resume or cover-letter.
• Video editing experience (e.g. Final Cut, Premiere Pro) preferred.
• Exhibit a captivating on-camera presence to attract and engage audiences.
• Excellent project management abilities, including managing timelines, budgets, and optimizing workflows.
• Must live in the New York area or be willing to relocate accordingly (fully in office)

If selected to interview, candidates are expected to create a 30-60 second video to showcase your creativity and skills! If selected as a hire, there will be a part-time freelance trial period for the role before becoming full time.
