Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery within the specified timelines and budget constraints.
Duties
- Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Utilize project management tools such as Trello and VersionOne to track progress and communicate with stakeholders
- Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure effective communication among team members
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies to drive successful project outcomes
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Experience
- Proven experience in project management, including project scheduling, coordination, and leadership
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in product development projects is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in systems thinking
