Job Responsibilities:

Track Financial Transactions:

• Monitor payroll, productivity, purchases, subcontracting expenses, linen, housekeeping contracts, storage, and maintenance.

• Oversee billing personnel, supervisors, room attendants, and linen staff.

Interact with Guests/Homeowners:

• Build rapport with guests and homeowners, address complaints, and provide assistance.

• Ensure all homeowner contracts are accurate and up-to-date.

• Supervise billing charges and report adjustments to the service manager.

Ensure Quality Control:

• Oversee billing staff, room attendants, and linen staff, ensuring compliance with schedules and checklists.

• Conduct visual inspections of condominiums and request feedback from the housekeeping coordinator.

Support Staff Development:

• Assist with hiring, training, performance reviews, and wage assessments.

• Conduct regular staff and safety meetings, and manage work schedules.

Ensure Guest Satisfaction:

• Address guest complaints and requests to ensure a positive experience.

Contribute to Team Effort:

• Achieve related results and support team goals as needed.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:

• Working with the general public

• Basic computer and typing

• Housekeeping supervisory

• 1 year as a supervisor or head housekeeper
