Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts - Ensure exceptional customer service by leading and coaching team members - Manage inventory control and ordering supplies as needed - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Enforce food safety standards and compliance with health regulations - Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures - Collaborate with management to achieve business goals Experience: - Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting preferred - Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Knowledge of restaurant management practices, including inventory control and scheduling - Familiarity with culinary practices is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities This Shift Leader position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
