Responsibilities of an SNS Maintenance Supervisor:

• Coach and lead 2-3 Maintenance technicians who perform residential property maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems, and appliance repairs.
• Upkeep the overall safety and functionality of the apartment communities.
• SNS Maintenance Team are not typically responsible for apartment turnovers, as SNS employees are divided into specialized teams for this purpose.
