General Purpose:The fountain operator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the preparation of associated fountain products.Essential (primary) Functions:The primary responsibility of the fountain operator is to prepare all fountain products to order within 5-8 minutes in accordance with Steak n Shake specs utilizing the multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade, and correct dippers. Monitoring equipment temperatures. Restocking, cleaning/sanitizing the fountain area while maintaining security, safety, uniform and company standards at all times.Secondary Functions:Any and all other tasks assignedEssential Physical Requirements:
