Soak Spa has been voted as one of the top three "Best Day" Spa's in Northern Colorado for 5 years in a row! We are a locally owned, holistic wellness focused spa. We offer a range of services including therapeutic massage, energy healing, reflexology, foot soaks with massage packages, body scrubs and wraps, holistic skincare treatments, pro-aging advanced skin treatments, facial waxing, tinting and eyelash extensions.
We are looking for a committed and positive, mature person to manage our staff, promote the spa in the community and loves the wellness industry!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule needed: 8 hour shifts Wednesday - Sunday
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Co-Manage and supervise spa staff, including receptionists, therapists, and technicians
- Marketing experience preferred
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's appointment system
- Train new employees on front desk/customer service standards
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent shift management abilities
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic accounting principles
- Demonstrated team management skills and ability to lead by example
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
