We are seeking a Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the leasing process, interact with potential tenants, and ensure efficient property occupancy.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the leasing process from start to finish
- Interact with prospective tenants to showcase properties and discuss leasing terms
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize occupancy rates
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Skills:

- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes
- Strong data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
- Ability to upsell property features effectively
- Proficiency in office software and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Skilled in conflict management to handle tenant issues effectively

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
