The Division Controller/Business Analyst is viewed as a valued business partner by recommending action plans and providing high quality, professional and creative financial reporting, and analysis to support division profitability, financial and operational goals. The Division Controller/Business Analyst is responsible for partnering with business unit leaders to provide process, controls and financial expertise in reporting and interpreting key drivers of operational performance and providing business support for strategic plan development.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DIVISION CONTROLLER / BUSINESS ANALYST

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Business related field
• 3-5 years of business finance or other relevant experience
• High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills
