QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC MECHANIC

• Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 3 years of new home construction experience
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
• Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
