Inventory Management Associate needed for a conract opportunity with SOC's client to work in Palm Bay, FL.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for performing physical or administrative tasks supporting receiving, as well as responsible for the organization and maintenance of the stockroom inventory.

Responsibilities for Receiving

* Must receive all incoming material.

* Report any discrepancies or damages to material immediately to management.

* Count and verify material against the purchase order or invoice.

* Maintain clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities for Stockroom

* Organize and maintain stockroom inventory according to company procedures.

* Pick and issue material to internal and external customers.

* Assist in counting and verifying material in stockroom to maintain inventory accuracy.

* Report any discrepancies or damages to material immediately to management.

Requirements

Qualifications

* Prior experience in a stockroom or inventory control environment preferred.

* Able to work effectively as part of a team or individually.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures per company guidelines.

* Must be able to stand for 10 hrs. and can lift up to 40lbs.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

* Must be able to use the applications Outlook and Microsoft Teams

* Must be able to work in other areas to help the business needs.
