Facilities Support needed for a 12-month Contract to Hire opportunity with SOC's client to work in Wilmington, MA.
Description:
Responsible for providing maintenance of physical facilities. Physical facilities responsibilities may include cleaning, grounds-keeping, packing, moving, and setup of office furniture and/or equipment, handling all work by-products (i.e. trash pick-up, processing recyclables, and debris) in offices, laboratories, manufacturing areas, warehouses, or cleanrooms. May support maintenance mechanics, simple projects, spot painting, and/or light construction.
Qualifications:

• Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
