We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing and Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our patient base.
- Utilize social media to promote our practice to the community.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, in the industry.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate with partner practices to ensure successful management and delivery of our continuing education programs.
**Skills:**
- Experience in small business marketing.
- Ability to develop, promote and manage our educational programs.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and ability to modify and promote our practice website.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
