Soccer Shots Franchising LLC is Hiring a Youth Soccer Coach Near Southaven, MS

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development and fun for children ages 2-10. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We coach at over 100 locations around the Greater Memphis Area.
What You Get
  • We offer a paid ($14 an hour) comprehensive training program to learn Soccer Shots’ curriculum, developmentally appropriate coaching techniques, and best practices.
  • Once training is complete, our starting pay is $18-$20 per hour.

What You Need
  • No prior sports/coaching experience required.
  • Genuine passion for children and sports.
  • Be a Energetic, Engaging, and Responsible person.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2-10.
  • Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
a Day In The Life
  • Safely manage 30-45 minute classes of up to 12 children.
  • Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill & character development and fun.
  • Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
  • Maintain equipment and manage your class roster by doing attendance.
  • Follow proper on-site protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by the Soccer Shots supervisor.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
  • Go home knowing you made a difference.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

  • Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
  • Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
  • Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
  • Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
