Soccer Shots Franchising LLC is Hiring a Youth Soccer Coach Near Wilmington, DE

Coaches Needed for Weekday Afternoon for After-School ProgramsFLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - Coaches can coach as little as one location per week, or up to each day of the week. The schedule will remain the same for each season (fall, winter, spring, summer) and coaches can choose to coach additional or fewer locations each subsequent season.
Each session is 30 - 60 minutes long (varying based on age and location). We provide all of the necessary training, equipment and curriculum materials. The compensation is $25 for each session you coach.
What We Look ForSoccer Shots coaches are:
  • Safety-conscious - their #1 priority is the safety of children under their care.
  • Caring - they engage with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
  • Organized - they plan ahead and are systematic in routine. They conduct each session according to the lesson plan and work to maintain appropriate order for the age group.
  • Responsible - they are committed to doing what is expected of them as the coach and "face" of Soccer Shots.
  • Energetic - they bring Soccer Shots to life by creating a fun and exciting atmosphere that leads children to smile and participate.
ExperienceSoccer experience is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with the game either as a player or coach will be helpful. A background in elementary education or early childhood education makes a great fit.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour

  • Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
  • Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
  • Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
  • Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
