Soccer Village is Hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor Near Blue, OH
Soccer Village is looking for responsible, assertive, and hardworking individuals to join the staff in our warehouse, located in Blue Ash, Ohio
Our Warehouse staff is the team behind the team, working behind the scenes to provide our customers with the best quality uniforms and equipment possible. Warehouse Operations Supervisors help to oversee daily workflows and personnel.
Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
Essential Functions:Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare orders by processing request for customization on all club, high school, and college soccer uniforms
- Pull materials, pack boxes, and place orders in the delivery area
- Complete reporting by entering the required information
- Help to oversee personnel to make sure they are meeting job expectations
- Be accessible to the Warehouse Manager to discuss daily workflow
- Work in a team environment to meet or beat fulfillment/project deadlines
- Maintain quality service by following Soccer Village standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and work stations neat; maintaining a clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Effectively communicate with co-workers within Soccer Village’s organization
- Uphold Soccer Village's code of conduct and business model
- Other duties as assigned

- While performing the duties of this position, the individual is regularly required to talk or hear.
- This individual frequently is required to use hands, fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, and controls.
- This individual is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
