Top-Tier Commercial Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking multiple Commercial Loan Operations candidates for permanent positions!

Responsibilities :

• Collect and maintain information for credit analysis and evaluation of credit facility applications
• Arrange and negotiate credit facilities for clients to meet their financing needs
• Answer and handle customers’ enquiries on credit facilities and procedures
• Maintain and monitor utilization of credit facilities
• Conduct calls and site visits to gain a better understanding of the client and progress of construction projects
• Monitor delinquent or problem loan and credit facilities
• Interact with internal departments, e.g. Credit Administration, Deposit, and Compliance, to provide efficient customer service and to facilitate loan closings
• Review loan accounts regularly to ensure stable financial performance and repayment capabilities. Details are listed below :
• conduct collateral analysis
• review appraisal report
• research market conditions
• conduct financial analysis on borrower’s financial capability to repay the loan : balance sheet / income statement / cash flow statement
• evaluate the equity and liquidity positions of guarantors of every loan account
• analyze the leverage position and cash flow projection of large borrowing customer groups

Qualifications :

• Must be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience working with commercial or construction loans
• Excellent working knowledge of underwriting and credit risk administration for owner occupied and investment commercial real estate, commercial and industrial and construction loans.
