Product Manager – AI/ML

Our financial services client is seeking a Product Manager with experience working on AI/ML products in the analytics space.
Our client is currently recruiting an Analytics Product Owner to drive revenue growth for our analytics solutions business. We are looking to expand our offerings in the advanced analytics (AI/ML solutions) space by bringing new capabilities to market to help our clients optimize their own operating models.
In this role you will have primary responsibility for driving commercialization of existing AI/ML solutions that have been deployed internally across the business and bring new solutions to market. To be successful in this role, you will require a deep understanding of both ML techniques and the financial domain, and have strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch to bring high value analytics products to market
- Work closely with clients and client facing teams internally to measure and improve the adoption of analytics products and to continue to refine the product roadmap
- Conduct market and competitive research and analysis on new features and functionalities that should be added to the product roadmap
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging tech and regulatory requirements in both ML and financial services
- Communicate project status, milestones, and key insights to stakeholders including senior management and external partners
- Drive ML Ops maturity in partnership with Systems teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer science, statistics, mathematics, finance, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in product management, software engineering or data science with a focus on AI/ML solutions
- Deep understanding of ML techniques and algorithms, including ML Ops
- Strong domain knowledge and familiarity with regulatory and security requirements in financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering ML projects from ideation to production deployment
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
