About this Position: 

As a Solutions Architecture, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our clients and technical project builds. Our Architects tackle the most difficult business and technology problems across a vast array of industries and technologies.

Location: 

This position is eligible for fully remote work.

Objectives & Responsibilities: 

• Leads the technical alignment process of getting our new work from Discovery to Go-live 
• Conduct technical and operational client discovery
• Develop an integration strategy based on requirements captured from the discovery sessions and customized to each project’s needs
• Interview external and internal partners, synthesize requirements and translate those requirements into bodies of work for developers 
• Works closely with designers and website strategists to ideate on solutions that will work best for the site’s technical infrastructure
• Leads the initial setup of WordPress installs and content migration processes, including content type creation
• Mentor and coach junior team members to become the next generation of Solutions Architects
• Liaises with operational and technical client partners
• Support content strategists to create thorough documentation for CMS trainings and collaborates on internal and external QA processes
• Clearly articulates ideas and thoughts/recommendations verbally, and in writing
• Keep job knowledge up to date by studying new usability and web design research, reading industry publications, and partaking in educational opportunities such as workshops

Requirements: 

• 5 years experience in client-facing roles in enterprise settings
• Experience with Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall or Agile) and Tools
• 5 years leading projects with established timelines and multiple partners
• Strong familiarity with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong analytical attitude
• Strong understanding of PHP and hands-on experience building functional components that interact with APIs and writing SQL queries
• 10 years of WordPress programming experience with a strong knowledge of backend architecture and software development
• You feel comfortable working in a thriving entrepreneurial environment and have some level of comfort navigating through times of ambiguity
• You should have excellent communication and listening skills
